Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive E-commerce Executive who can manage our Shopify ans amazon store, handle product listings, improve website performance, run online marketing campaigns, and increase overall sales. The ideal candidate should understand Shopify, digital marketing, and basic analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update products, collections, inventory, and pricing on Shopify.
Improve website layout, product descriptions, and overall customer experience.
Monitor orders, customer queries, and website performance.
Plan and execute sales campaigns, discount codes, and promotional offers.
Run social media ads and basic performance marketing (Google/Facebook).(Must Have)
Analyze sales data and suggest strategies to increase conversions.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and warehouse/operations.
Maintain SEO, page speed, and store optimization.

Requirements

Experience with Shopify (mandatory).
Knowledge of basic digital marketing (Meta ads, Google ads preferred).
Good understanding of e-commerce operations and customer handling.
Basic design or Canva skills (added advantage).
