Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, and other platforms.
Handle catalog creation, listing optimization, and content improvements.
Monitor product visibility, ranking, Buy Box, and competitor pricing.
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and create performance reports.
Analyze trends and implement strategies to increase conversions and revenue.
Identify slow-moving or high-return products and take corrective action.
Plan and execute ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Meta Ads if required).
Optimize campaigns based on ACOS/ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.
Coordinate with design and marketing for creative requirements.
Maintain accurate stock levels across all marketplaces.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and returns.
Reduce order cancellations, delays, and listing errors.
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service-level compliance.
Prepare sales, inventory, ads, and performance reports.
Use tools like Excel, Sheets, and analytics dashboards for insights.
Suggest improvements in pricing, listing, and product strategies.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, SEO.
Good understanding of ads & campaign management.
Hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple categories and high product volumes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
