Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.
Run marketplace promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
Analyze sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Resolve marketplace issues and ensure smooth account operations.
Website Handling.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Good understanding of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
