We are looking for a dynamic Executive who can support our online sales operations and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads from various sources.
Convince customers to purchase products through the website.
Guide customers with product information, features, and selection.
Ensure smooth order placement and timely delivery coordination.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
List and update products on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Manage catalogues, pricing, stock updates, and product content.
Process orders daily and coordinate with dispatch/logistics for shipment.
Manage returns, replacements, and basic seller dashboard activities.
Update website catalogue, product descriptions, images, and pricing.
Track website orders and process payments through the platform.
Ensure online catalogue accuracy and timely updates.
Post content about products on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Google Merchant Center.
Share offers, new arrivals, and product highlights.
Respond to customer queries on social media.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and management teams.
Maintain daily reports for leads, sales, and order tracking.
Share feedback and suggestions to improve online sales.
Open to freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms preferred (training will be provided).
Ability to use Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business effectively.
Comfortable working with website dashboards (WIX/Shopify) — training will be provided.
Good computer skills (email, MS Excel, and order processing).
