Job Description (E-commerce Executive – Beauty Industry)
Profile: E-commerce Executive
Exp: 6months to 1Year
Salary: 18K
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage online sales operations across platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and JioMart for our cosmetics and beauty product range.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications across multiple marketplaces
Ensure accurate cataloging with proper categorization and keywords for beauty/cosmetics products
Monitor and manage daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries report to senior.
Coordinate with courier and delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Track inventory levels and update stock regularly to avoid stockouts or overselling
Handle product returns and replacements efficiently
Analyze sales reports, product performance, and marketplace trends
Maintain product compliance, including expiry dates, batch details, and labeling (important for cosmetics)

Technical Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms: Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, JioMart
- Product listing and catalog management
- Inventory and stock management
- Order processing and return handling
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reports)
