 Maintain account health and ensure policy compliance

 Monitor dashboards and operational tools

 Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback

 Manage website updates (products, banners, UX)

 Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, marketing & finance

teams

 Work with marketplace account managers for growth
