Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings, pricing, and content update on e-commerce platforms

• Coordinate with the team for inventory management and order processing

• Monitor and track daily sales and product performance

• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving order-related issues

• Support digital marketing and promotional activities

• Maintain product data accuracy and ensure smooth e-commerce operations

Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream)

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) — preferred

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations

• Ability to multitask, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce field
