Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily e-commerce operations across various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listings, order processing, inventory management, and marketplace operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.

• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations efficiently.

• Handle marketplace account health and resolve listing-related issues.

• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.

• Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, coupons, and seasonal offers.

• Track competitor pricing, market trends, and product performance.

• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with the support team for issue resolution.

• Ensure accurate product catalog management and maintain data quality.

• Work closely with the marketing team to improve online visibility and sales performance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of online marketplace policies and account management.

• Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.

• Experience with inventory management systems and order management software.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales strategies.
