Job Description: E-Commerce Executive

Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon

Working Hours: Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.

• Monitor online sales, analyze trends, and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions & campaigns.

• Handle customer queries, returns, and order processing.

• Ensure timely updates of product catalogs and descriptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.

• Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.

• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools.
