JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead Generation & Outreach

• Work on given databases and research new leads using LinkedIn and Google.
  

• Identify decision-makers and collect relevant contact details.
  

• Send outreach messages through LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp.
  

• Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls/appointments for the sales team.
  

• Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Google Sheets.
  

Social Media Support

• Assist in posting and scheduling content on LinkedIn / Instagram.
  

• Reply to DMs, comments, and engage with communities.
  

• Research trending content ideas and competitor pages.
  

• Coordinate with the design team for creatives when needed.
  

Research & Reporting

• Track weekly outreach performance and engagement results.
  

• Research industry updates and suggest new content/lead ideas.
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B outreach and LinkedIn-based lead generation is preferred.
  

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  

• Comfortable engaging with founders, decision-makers, and professionals in a confident and respectful manner.
  

• Self-driven and result-oriented, with consistency in follow-ups and task execution.
  

• We are looking for someone who can take ownership and work independently, rather than someone who requires ongoing training.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
