Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will manage our social media channels, assist in content planning, and work closely with our recruitment team to build our online presence. This internship is ideal for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain real-world experience in HR tech marketing, employer branding, and B2B/B2C social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Grow social media following and drive engagement with organic and basic paid strategies
Assist in executing campaigns to attract clients (companies hiring) and candidates (job seekers)
Track analytics, engagement metrics, and prepare weekly performance reports
Create marketing content for job postings, hiring drives, and candidate campaigns
Coordinate with the recruitment team to promote key roles and hiring announcements
Conduct market and competitor research to stay up-to-date with digital trends
Support the creation of newsletters, blog posts, and other brand content
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA (Marketing/HR) or pursuing final year of MBA
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.)
Proficiency in social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
Creative mindset and ability to work independently
Passion for HR, recruitment, and employer branding
