Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Google & Meta Ads Executive with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. The role involves planning, creating, and managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for a variety of clients, focusing on performance and ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword and audience research, setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports. The executive will collaborate with the broader marketing team to align ad strategies with client goals, refine targeting and creatives, and implement A/B tests to improve campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.

• Candidates should possess practical experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, including audience targeting and creative variations.

• Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills, including familiarity with key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and tools such as Google Analytics.

• Candidates should possess an understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, paid social, conversion funnels, and remarketing.

• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Beneficial qualifications include prior agency experience, exposure to multiple industries, and a track record of improving campaign performance.

• Beneficial qualifications include relevant coursework or certification in digital marketing or advertising (e.g., Google Ads certification, Meta Blueprint), and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
