About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic and multi-skilled individual who can work as a Data Analyst Intern while also supporting the team as Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS).
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who wants to learn analytics while being flexible enough to assist with day-to-day office and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Collect, organise, and analyse sales, marketing, and inventory data.
  
  

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Excel or Google Sheet reports.
  
  

• Track product performance, influencer campaign results, and stock movement.
  
  

• Create charts, summaries, and dashboards for management.
  
  

• Assist leadership in data-driven decision-making.
  
  

2. Multi-Tasking Operational Responsibilities

• Assist in product packing, labeling, and dispatching.
  
  

• Help maintain stock records and manage inventory movements.
  
  

• Support purchase & logistics team in receiving and checking materials.
  
  

• Help with basic office maintenance, organization, and admin tasks.
  
  

• Perform loading/unloading support when required.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate / Undergraduate.
  
  

• Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts preferred).
  
  

• Ability to multitask and manage both data + operational work.
  
  

• Active, hardworking, and willing to learn.
  
  

• Basic understanding of FMCG products preferred.
  
  

• Good communication & team support skills.
