Job Summary

We are looking for customer-oriented and proactive candidates to support banking operations, assist customers with documentation, promote banking products and services, and contribute to customer acquisition and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist existing and prospective customers in filling out application forms.

• Collect duly signed application forms, KYC documents, cheques, and other required documents.

• Follow up with customers for pending signatures and additional documentation.

• Collect audit-related documents from existing and prospective customers.

• Promote banking products and services to prospective customers and generate business leads.

• Identify potential customers through field visits, customer interactions, and local market activities.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Explain relevant banking products, services, and application procedures to customers.

• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities.

• Support customer acquisition, cross-selling, and other marketing initiatives assigned by the Branch Office / Local Office.

• Coordinate with the Branch Office / Local Office for day-to-day operational and marketing activities.

• Undertake field visits for customer interaction, business development, and document collection.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Branch Office / Local Office from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.Com. / M.Com. / CS / CS (Inter) / ICWAI or equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution.

• Accounting & Banking Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting and banking operations.

• Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in routine office applications.

• Marketing Skills: Basic sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management skills.

• Communication Skills: Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

• Age: Minimum 21 years.

• Language Proficiency: Preference will be given to local candidates proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Punjabi, Hindi, and English.

• Driving Licence: Must possess a valid driving licence.

• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally, conduct field visits, and achieve assigned business and customer acquisition targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in banking sales, field marketing, customer relationship management, lead generation, or financial product promotion will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and an interest in sales and marketing may also apply.
