CSR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• CSR Project Management:

  • Design, implement, and monitor CSR projects aligned with the company’s CSR strategy and Schedule VII of the Companies Act.

  • Ensure timely execution of project deliverables, budgets, and reporting.

  • Coordinate with implementation partners (NGOs, foundations, government bodies).

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (CSR committee, senior management) and external partners (NGOs, local authorities, community leaders).

  • Represent the organization in CSR events, site visits, and donor meetings.

• Proposal & Report Writing:

  • Develop project proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and annual CSR reports.

  • Track project KPIs and outcomes, compile impact assessments, and submit periodic reports to management and funders.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure projects comply with CSR regulations under Companies Act 2013.

  • Maintain detailed documentation for audits, fund utilization, and social impact assessment.

• Field Supervision & Monitoring:

  • Conduct field visits, baseline surveys, and review implementation quality.

  • Use MIS tools or platforms for real-time tracking and data management.

• Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

  • Prepare project budgets and ensure judicious use of CSR funds.

  • Coordinate with finance teams for fund disbursals and utilization certificates.
