Job Description – CSR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop innovative, high-impact social welfare and community development projects aligned with CSR priorities.
Research emerging social challenges and design scalable CSR initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Develop compelling CSR proposals, presentations, and funding pitches tailored to corporate partners.
Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with CSR heads, corporate foundations, and decision-makers.
Lead fundraising efforts by securing CSR grants, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
Initiate and conduct meetings with CSR teams to present project concepts and partnership opportunities.
Plan, execute, and monitor CSR-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality implementation, and measurable impact.
Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, government bodies, and implementation partners for seamless project execution.
Prepare project budgets, impact reports, utilization reports, and documentation required by funding partners.
Stay updated on CSR regulations, corporate giving trends, and emerging opportunities to strengthen the organization's funding pipeline.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in CSR, fundraising, corporate partnerships, or social impact management.
Strong ability to conceptualize innovative social initiatives that align with corporate CSR objectives.
Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
Established network with CSR leaders and corporate decision-makers is highly desirable.
