Marketing CSR Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CSR Manager to join our Charitable Trust. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all CSR initiatives, charitable programs, and social impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor CSR programs and community development initiatives.

• Coordinate with corporate partners, donors, government departments, and NGOs.

• Manage all trust activities, events, and social welfare programs.

• Prepare project proposals, reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Ensure smooth implementation of CSR projects and maintain compliance with applicable guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

• Identify funding opportunities and support CSR partnerships for the Trust.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA/MSW or equivalent preferred).

• Experience in CSR, NGO, Social Development, or Project Management.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
