Location: Pune, Only Male

Salary: Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Age Preference: Above 30 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Executive to plan, coordinate, and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in social work or CSR activities and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects and social development initiatives.

• Coordinate with Companies, institutions, government offices, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and official correspondence related to CSR activities.

• Draft professional communications in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Build and maintain relationships with senior management, government authorities, and partner organisations.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting of CSR activities.

• Support event planning, community engagement programs, and awareness campaigns.

• Assist in promoting CSR initiatives through social media and other communication platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Social Work, Social Service, or any graduate degree from a recognised university.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social work, or community development.

• Experience working with NGOs, educational institutions, trusts, or CSR departments will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong drafting and documentation skills.

• Ability to interact confidently with senior management, government officials, and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Good organisational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.

• Experience in organising community outreach programs, CSR events, and awareness campaigns.

Compensation: Rs 25,000 – Rs 30,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
