Job Title: CSR Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities
The CSR Coordinator shall be responsible for planning, proposal development, budgeting, documentation, and coordination related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. The key responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
CSR Proposal Development
Drafting comprehensive CSR project proposals in alignment with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
Conceptualizing project ideas based on community needs assessments and organizational objectives.
Preparing detailed project reports (DPRs), concept notes, and presentations.
Customizing proposals as per funding agency guidelines and CSR policies.
Ensuring compliance with donor-specific formats and submission requirements.
Budget Planning & Financial Documentation
Preparing detailed, realistic, and activity-wise project budgets.
Conducting cost estimations and financial projections for CSR initiatives.
Monitoring budget utilization and ensuring financial compliance.
Assisting in preparation of utilization certificates (UCs) and financial reports.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintaining proper documentation of all CSR-related activities, reports, agreements, and communications.
Ensuring timely submission of progress reports, impact reports, and completion reports.
Drafting letters & other official Documents.
Supporting audit processes and ensuring statutory compliance under CSR regulations.
Coordination with Funding Agencies
Acting as a primary point of contact between the organization and CSR funding agencies.
Coordinating with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and government departments.
Responding to queries, clarifications, and follow-ups from funding partners.
Scheduling meetings, presentations, and review discussions with donors.
Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with CSR partners.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Tracking project implementation progress in coordination with field teams.
Collecting data, case studies, beneficiary records, and impact metrics.
Preparing periodic MIS reports and project updates.
Ensuring deliverables are achieved within defined timelines.
Research & Business Development Support
Identifying potential CSR funding opportunities.
Researching corporate CSR policies and funding priorities.
Assisting in proposal pipeline management and donor mapping.
Supporting in new project development and expansion initiatives.
Key Skills Required
Strong proposal writing and drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (budget preparation), and PowerPoint.
Understanding of CSR compliance and reporting frameworks.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work un
der deadlines and manage multiple projects.
