Job Responsibilities

• PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar-related assistance (where applicable), Driving Licence aur anya online government services handle karna.

• Online form filling aur document verification.

• Printing, scanning, photocopy, lamination aur digital documentation.

• Customer queries ka professional tareeke se jawab dena.

• Daily service records aur reports maintain karna.

• Office software aur online portals par kaam karna.

• Data confidentiality aur accuracy ka dhyan rakhna.

Required Skills

• Computer ki achhi knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).

• Hindi aur basic English communication.

• Fast typing aur online portal handling.

• Customer dealing skills.

• Responsible, punctual aur positive attitude.

Qualification

• Minimum 10th to 12th Pass.

• Computer knowledge compulsory.

• CSC/Digital Seva/Online Service Centre ka experience preferred.

• SalaryExperience aur interview ke basis par.

Position 2: Marketing Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Responsibilities

• Travel aur Study Abroad services ke liye leads generate karna.

• Colleges, coaching institutes aur corporate clients se connect karna.

• Local marketing campaigns aur promotional activities chalana.

• Social media aur WhatsApp marketing mein support dena.

• Customer follow-up aur relationship maintain karna.

• Business partnerships develop karna.

• Monthly sales targets achieve karne mein yogdan dena.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.

• Marketing aur sales ka basic knowledge.

• Confident personality aur field work ke liye ready.

• MS Office aur smartphone apps ka basic knowledge.

• Self-motivated aur target-oriented approach.

Qualification

• Minimum 10th to 12th Pass.

• Marketing/Sales experience preferred.

• Fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain agar communication achha ho.
