Job Title: Collaboration Lead (Staffing & NAPS/NATS)

Experience: 4–6 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Summary:

The Collaboration Lead will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with companies for staffing solutions and NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs. The role includes client coordination, partner onboarding, documentation handling, and smooth execution of staffing and apprenticeship engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard companies for staffing and NAPS/NATS programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
Handle MOUs, agreements, documentation, and compliance
Work with internal teams for candidate sourcing and placement
Follow up with clients and maintain records and reports

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word
Good understanding of compliance and documentation
Comfortable with email communication and follow-ups
