Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Relationship Manager with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal digital marketing team.

• Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Web teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare and communicate campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and updates to clients.

• Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.

• Handle client queries, feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.

• Track campaign performance and communicate key updates and insights to clients.

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant digital marketing services.

• Prepare client reports, campaign summaries, and performance presentations.

• Ensure client expectations are aligned with the scope, timelines, and capabilities of the project.

• Maintain proper documentation of client communication, requirements, approvals, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with management and internal teams to resolve project-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.

• Good understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads/PPC, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good presentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle client pressure professionally.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and client/project management tools.

• Agency experience with multiple clients will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

The candidate should be confident in communicating directly with clients, capable of understanding their business needs, and comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams. Experience in handling retainer-based digital marketing clients and managing ongoing campaigns will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
