Lead Generation & Prospecting
· Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
· Identify and qualify brands using Shopify or other platforms who can benefit from Company’s services.
· Research and segment prospects based on industry, size, and digital maturity.
Solution-Based Outreach
· Pitch Company’s full suite of offerings:
o Shopify Development / Shopify Plus Migration
o Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
o App & Partner Integrations (e.g., Netcore, Algolia, APPBiT, Report Desk AI)
o Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising Services
· Understand client pain points and position relevant Binary solutions.
· Schedule discovery calls or demos with the respective department leads.
Reporting & Coordination
· Maintain lead data, call outcomes, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
· Generate daily and weekly call reports and track lead conversions.
· Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Partnership Managers, and Marketing Leads for smooth handovers.
Compliance & Professional Conduct
· Handle client and lead data strictly under company’s NDA and Personal Data Policy.
· Ensure professional communication aligned with Company’s standards and HR Code of Conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–5 years’ experience in B2B outbound sales, IT services, or digital agency business development.
· Proven track record of achieving lead generation and meeting conversion targets.
· Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
· Knowledge of Shopify, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred.
· Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
· Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven.

Salary Range: 3.60 Lakhs to 5.5 Lakhs p.a.
