About the Role:
OurShopee is seeking a meticulous and proactive Catalogue Executive to manage and enhance our product listings. This role is critical in ensuring our product catalog is accurate, optimized, and aligned with the expectations of today’s online shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and update product listings on OurShopee’s platform
Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
Optimize listings with relevant keywords to improve search visibility and conversions
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, buying, inventory) for product data and asset collection
Maintain accurate product categorization and consistent taxonomy
Conduct regular audits to ensure content quality and data hygiene
Update stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team to reflect accurate status
Troubleshoot and correct any listing/content issues in a timely manner
Assist in the onboarding of new products/SKUs
Generate catalog-related reports and insights for process improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience specifically in catalog management within an eCommerce company
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, backend tools, and listing processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of SEO for eCommerce listings is a plus
Familiarity with product image standards and content formatting
Good coordination and communication skills
