We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our real estate team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving sales, and expanding the company’s presence in the real estate market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting projects and closing deals.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and ensure proper follow-up for conversions.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
Represent the company at exhibitions, property fairs, and networking events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and partnerships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
