Finance:
Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Support audit processes and coordinate with auditors when required.
Procurement:
Handle end-to-end procurement cycle, from vendor identification to payment.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply chain issues promptly.
Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and ensure quality compliance.
Client Handling & Relationship Management:
Act as a point of contact for clients to address inquiries, concerns, and requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.
Present proposals, quotations, and project updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
Maintain transparent communication between management, vendors, and clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in vendor and client management.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge preferred.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in finance, procurement, and/or client servicing.
