Job Description

Finance:

  • Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Support audit processes and coordinate with auditors when required.

Procurement:

  • Handle end-to-end procurement cycle, from vendor identification to payment.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve any supply chain issues promptly.

  • Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and ensure quality compliance.

Client Handling & Relationship Management:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients to address inquiries, concerns, and requirements.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client commitments.

  • Present proposals, quotations, and project updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure quick, effective resolutions.

  • Maintain transparent communication between management, vendors, and clients.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven experience in vendor and client management.

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge preferred.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in finance, procurement, and/or client servicing.
