• Identify and develop new clients from construction companies, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.

• Promote laboratory services including soil investigation, concrete & steel testing, NDT, pile load testing, and material quality checks.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Meet business targets by generating inquiries and converting them into confirmed projects.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.

• Provide feedback to management on business development strategies.

• Assist in branding, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
