Business Development Executive

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and doctors.

  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and meetings to generate new business leads.

• Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and healthcare partners.

  • Act as a point of contact between clients and the company.

• Sales & Marketing Activities

  • Promote medical services/products offered by the company.

  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Participate in healthcare expos, conferences, and other networking events.

• Market Research & Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Share insights to enhance service offerings or develop new ones.

• Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Track and report performance metrics and KPIs regularly.

• Coordination & Support

  • Work with internal departments (clinical, operations, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of visits, meetings, and business pipeline using CRM tools or reporting formats.

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager.
