Key Responsibilities
Identify & Research: Proactively find potential guests across various sectors (Politics, Social Issues, Business, Arts) that align with the Bharat Aawaz brand.
Strategic Outreach: Initiate contact via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email to pitch the platform and secure interview dates.
Pipeline Management: Manage the booking calendar to ensure a consistent flow of at least 4 guests arriving at the studio daily.
Logistics & Coordination
Scheduling: Act as the primary bridge between the guest and the production team.
Anchor Alignment: Brief the anchors on the day’s lineup and assign specific guests to the most suitable interviewers.
Follow-ups: Send reminders and location details to ensure zero no-shows.
In-Studio Hospitality
VIP Reception: Meet and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and prepared.
Experience Management: Oversee guest comfort (refreshments, green room prep) to ensure they have a pleasant and professional experience at Bharat Aawaz.
Problem Solving: Handle any last-minute scheduling shifts or guest concerns with grace and precision.

Employer Branding & News Delivery: Act as primary personality for internal & external Coordination. Ensuring the Producing & hosting long, short-form news videos or podcast interviews focused on News & Updates • Conducting "Spotlight" interviews with reporters, news coordinators, Legislative & Executive Icons (MLAs, MPs, Ministers, IAS, IPS and "Icons of Influence aligned with Anchors.
Administration & Compliance: Manage administration, Program Management and data management with accuracy & confidentiality. Coordinate with team members, ensuring alignment on program goals and targets related to Bharat Conclave, Bharat Pride & Easy Bharat
Story Telling: Research & Story Selection: Investigate, analyse local, national & international news to identify compelling stories for broadcast. Collaboration: Work with news directors, reporters & production staff to determine story priorities & produce broadcasts. Scripting: Research, write & revise scripts for live delivery, ensuring accuracy & clarity.
Podcast Scheduling: Conduct interviews with experts, guests & sources to gather information and different viewpoints for stories. On-Air Presentation: Present news stories, conduct interviews & introduce field reporters in an informative, engaging, unbiased manner. Adaptability: Respond to breaking news, provide updates as more information becomes available & work under pressure & tight deadlines. Audience Engagement: Utilize social media to engage with the audience and promote content.
Zonal Manager Team Handling: In Addition to Self-Targets, Will also Be Handling the Team of Zonal Managers and State Level Teams Ensuring the Work and Targets are Reached On-Time By Every Individual.
Event & Vendor Management End-to-End Event Management: Take complete ownership of planning & executing all high-profile Bharat Aawaz Events, Summits & Conclaves,
Coordination & Negotiation: Execute Vendor Management, securing & managing contracts for production, logistics, catering & other services. Conduct professional coordination & negotiation with vendors, clients, schools & partners (including those related to Talent Launchpad and Advocacy Edge). Ensure all event logistics align with high-quality & prestige standards of the Bharat Aawaz brand.

GUEST MANAGEMENT | PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
• LEVEL 1 PODCASTS (PODCASTS SCHEDULED) – 6 To 8 PUBLISHED AND APPROVED PER WORKING DAY
• LEVEL 3 PODCASTS: HOSTING MANAGEMENT/ PRODUCING 4-5 PODCAST SEGMENTS PER MONTH
• TEAM HANDLING: Training, Monitoring and Upskilling the Team
•Monthly Targets and Deliverables as Calculated on Pro Rata Basis and the Variable Pay is Directly Proportional To the Work Deliverables and Timelines on Variable Pay. Variable Pay is calculated on a Pro-Rata basis based on the percentage of target achievement.
The Variable Incentive and Performance Bonus (as mentioned in the Compensation Table) are directly contingent upon the 100% achievement of the 'Required and Mandatory Deliverables' listed above. Failure to meet the minimum threshold of 80% of these deliverables will result in a pro-rata deduction or zero payout of these specific components for that wage period.
