Business Development Executive

Job Title - Executive - Publisher Partnerships / Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1-3 years of business development experience in AdTech, holding a Bachelor's degree in any field, to join our team as an Executive - Publisher Partnerships. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for fostering long-term publisher relationships and ensuring client success through effective partnership management.

Responsibilities:

·         Deal with different types of publishers to close on the possible partnership

·         Complete daily tasks assigned like calling potential publishers, conducting online meetings, emails, informing internally on help required to close the deals, and keeping in touch with closed partners to help and maintain the long-term association

·         Perform as per the KPI assigned periodically

·         Use our product strengths and product specifics to create custom proposals of solutions to clients and publishers

·         Develop and maintain close and effective relationships and networks with both existing and potential new clients in the region, as well as different types of AdTech-related entities

·         Create necessary documents, presentations, business proposal, commercial offer letters, and non-exclusive agreements.

·         Work collaborately with the AsOps team to ensure a successful tech implementation.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

·         1-3 years of relevant experience in AdTech.

·         Business development experience and a great network within the native and publisher industry.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.

·         Excellent inter-personal/communication/analytical [written and verbal].

·         Should be flexible to work for late evening hours.

·         Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·         Located in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
