Brand Strategist – Beauty & Wellness

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Brand Strategist to build, scale, and position our beauty and wellness brands across essential oils, hair oils, cosmetics, and wellness products. The role focuses on brand identity, market positioning, consumer insights, and integrated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for beauty & wellness products.
Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
Define brand tone, visual direction, and storytelling across digital & offline channels.
Work closely with marketing, content, design, performance, and product teams.
Plan go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Ensure brand consistency across Amazon, D2C, social media, influencers, and retail.
Track brand performance, equity, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify trends in beauty, wellness, and consumer behavior.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, or Business.
2–6 years of experience as a Brand Strategist (Beauty/Wellness/FMCG preferred).
Strong understanding of D2C, e-commerce, and marketplace branding.
Proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
