Role Overview
The Kitchen Appliance Promoter is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling kitchen appliances to customers within retail environments. The role focuses on creating an engaging customer experience, driving sales conversions, and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Actively promote kitchen appliance products to customers in retail stores or promotional events.
Demonstrate product features, functions, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Explain product specifications, warranty, pricing, and offers to customers.
Assist customers in product selection based on their needs and preferences.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain product display areas, ensure cleanliness, and manage stock availability.
Collect and report customer feedback, competitor activity, and sales insights.
Collaborate with store staff and sales teams for smooth daily operations.
Participate in promotional campaigns, trainings, and marketing activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales assistance where required.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Experience in sales, retail promotion, or consumer electronics (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident demonstration and presentation ability.
Customer service oriented with persuasive sales skills.
Basic technical understanding of kitchen appliances (training may be provided).
Energetic, proactive, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
