Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Brand Promoter to join our team. The role involves promoting the brand, creating awareness, and driving sales by interacting with customers directly at stores, events, and promotional activities. The candidate should be confident, presentable, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote brand products at stores, events, and campaigns.

• Create positive brand awareness among customers through direct interaction.

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.

• Achieve sales and promotional targets assigned by management.

• Distribute samples, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and customers.

• Provide customer feedback and market insights to the sales & marketing team.

• Ensure brand visibility by setting up displays, stands, and promotional counters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Prior experience in sales/marketing/promotions (FMCG or Retail) preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

• Ability to travel and work flexible hours (weekends/holidays if required).
