Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Brand Promoters to represent leading FMCG brands inside Modern Trade (MT) stores. The promoter will be responsible for product sampling, consumer engagement, and driving conversions by explaining product features, benefits, and offers.Key Responsibilities1. Product Sampling & DemonstrationConduct live product sampling inside the MT store.Ensure hygienic handling and attractive product display.Offer samples to walk-in customers and encourage them to try.2. Consumer Interaction & Product DetailingApproach customers confidently and engage them with a friendly tone.Explain key features, USPs, ingredients, price, and ongoing offers.Resolve customer queries politely and accurately.Convert walk-ins into buyers through effective selling skills.3. Merchandising & VisibilityMaintain neat and attractive POSM, display units, and sampling counters.Ensure product availability and stock rotation (FIFO).4. Reporting & ComplianceShare daily reports including sales, sampling count, footfall interaction, and feedback.Follow store rules, brand guidelines, and grooming standards.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass; graduates preferred.Prior experience in Modern Trade promotions (FMCG/food/beverages) is an advantage.Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).Presentable grooming, energetic, confident, and customer-focused.Comfortable standing and engaging customers for long hours.Ability to meet daily sales & sampling targets.Work Schedule9 hours per day (11am to 8pm) (Weekends working mandatory).1 weekly off as per store policy.What We OfferCompetitive monthly payouts Rs.15000 to Rs.16500.Training on brand product knowledge and sales pitching.Incentives based on performance.
