We are looking for a Promoters to join our client's team (Reliance Smart Bazar) to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 14K-15K and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect Customers' feedback
Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
Manage your brand’s social image within the store etc.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 to 1 Year of experience. The position also requires basic communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing, fluent in local language and a creative approach.
