• Welcome and assist walk-in customers.

• Explain WoW Nandi products and their benefits.

• Demonstrate products whenever required.

• Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.

• Cross-sell and upsell relevant products.

• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.

• Handle billing and payment collection (if assigned).

• Manage stock, product refilling, and inventory reporting.

• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activations.

• Collect customer feedback and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Follow company SOPs and report daily sales to the reporting manager.

Eligibility

• Minimum: 10th/12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Freshers are welcome

• Experience in retail sales, FMCG, cosmetics, pooja products, or wellness products is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is a plus).
