Brand Promoter

We are looking for a brand promoter to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement, and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store with their used smartphones.

• Inspect and evaluate second-hand mobile phones based on their physical condition and functionality.

• Determine the resale value of used devices as per company guidelines.

• Explain the valuation and pricing process clearly to customers.

• Complete the buyback/purchase process accurately and efficiently.

• Verify customer and device details before processing the transaction.

• Maintain accurate records of purchased devices and customer information.

• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during every transaction.

• Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass, and candidates must be freshers. The position also requires strong communication skills and basic knowledge of mobile repair technicians and customer handling.
