Job Title: Brand Promoter – Gym Activation Project

Job Type: Full-time Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-hand)

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and health-conscious Brand Promoters to join The Whole Truth for our gym activation campaign. As the face of the brand, you will be interacting directly with fitness enthusiasts, introducing them to our 100% clean and honest food products, and driving brand engagement at premium gym locations.

Key Responsibilities

Audience Engagement: Actively interact with gym members, introducing them to The Whole Truth philosophy and product range.

Product Sampling & Pitching: Educate potential customers about clean nutrition, handle tastings/samplings, and generate quality leads.

Data Collection: Collect daily interaction data (names, contact info, feedback) accurately via the tracking app.

Reporting: Share daily activation updates and stock requirements with the city supervisor.

Shift Timings (Split Shift) This role operates in a split shift to target peak gym hours, leaving your afternoons completely free:

Morning Slot: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Evening Slot: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Total Hours: 8 Hours working + 1 Hour break daily.

Candidate Requirements

Device: Must own an Android smartphone (mandatory for daily reporting).

Conveyance: Ownership of a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) is highly preferred for commuting during split shifts.

Gender: Male candidates preferred (due to the early morning and late evening timings).

Communication: Presentable personality with excellent communication skills (Hindi/local language + Basic English).

Interest: A keen interest in fitness, health, or nutrition is a huge plus! What We Offer
