Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Objective:
To promote the company’s brand at various retail points, events, and promotional activities, ensuring maximum visibility, product awareness, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion & Visibility
o "Promote the brand and its products at government canteens, paramilitary units, and similar institutions."
o Set up promotional displays, banners, and sampling stalls.
o Distribute brochures, samples, and promotional materials to potential customers.
Customer Interaction
o Engage with walk-in customers and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
o Address customer queries and provide relevant product information.
o Collect feedback and report customer preferences and trends.
Sales Support
o Encourage product trials and assist in converting prospects to buyers.
o Coordinate with the sales team to boost in-store and event-based sales.
Reporting & Documentation
o Maintain daily reports of activities, customer feedback, and sales generated (if any).
o Share updates with the reporting manager on stock movement and market response.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred in marketing or communication)
Experience: 0–2 years in brand promotion or field marketing
Age: 18–30 years
Gender: Male/Female
Language: Hindi (mandatory), English (basic knowledge preferred)
Personality: Good communication skills, pleasing personality, confident and energetic
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within Patna and nearby regions for field activities.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and in outdoor setups.
Basic understanding of FMCG/retail/consumer behavior is a plus.
Compensation:
As per company policy + incentives (based on performance)
