Brand Promoter

We are looking for a Brand Promoter to join our team at Ayuker Wellness to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹22000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

• Banner Pasting: Securely fixing and pasting ad banners/posters at authorized public spots, society gates, and local markets.

• Pamphlet Distribution: Handing out flyers and brochures at high-traffic locations (outside malls, parks, and busy intersections).

• Newspaper Inserts: Coordinating with local vendors to ensure pamphlets are inserted into morning newspapers.

• Tracking & Reporting: Taking photos of every banner hung and every location covered to share with the manager on WhatsApp daily.

• Maintenance: Checking old posters/banners and replacing them if they are torn or removed.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

• Location: Must live in or near Wakad, Pune.

• Transport: Must own a Bike/Scooter (with a valid license) to carry materials.

• Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable being on the move and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Tools: Must have a Smartphone with a working camera for daily reporting.

• It is a Part Time Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
