We are looking for experienced Branch Managers to lead sales and operations for Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) and Secured Business Loans. The role involves managing a team, driving monthly sales targets, and ensuring smooth branch operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive team performance to achieve LAP & Secured Loan disbursement targets.

• Build business through DSA, open market, and local networking channels.

• Oversee branch operations, documentation, and audit compliance.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and local business partners.

• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.

Candidate Profile:

• 4–8 years of experience in Affordable LAP / Secured Business Loans (₹15L–₹50L range).

• Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and market understanding.

• Local candidates preferred for faster market connect.
