Role Summary

The Assistant Manager – Sales Operations is responsible for managing and coordinating the performance of 3 Site Sales Managers. This includes training, monitoring, supporting client interactions, performance reviews, and aligning team efforts with project-specific sales goals. The role also acts as the bridge between ground sales operations and the General Manager

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in real estate or field sales team coordination

Compensation & Benefits -Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
Incentives: Based on site-wise team performance and milestone achievements
