The Assistant Agency Manager will be responsible for monitoring, driving, and managing the agency business in the assigned location. The role involves:

1. Agency Management

   • Recruit, activate, and engage agents to meet business objectives.

   • Monitor agent productivity and ensure adherence to engagement metrics.

   • Ensure uniform practices across the agency network.

2. Business Growth

   • Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets as defined by the organization.

   • Provide strategic inputs based on geographical analysis.

   • Periodically review, design, and implement business plans to improve performance.

3. Operational Excellence

   • Drive renewals to achieve target metrics.

   • Implement initiatives to enhance agent performance and retention.
