Create campaigns, conduct market research and develop advertising strategies

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct detailed market research to identify and profile potential corporate clients in need of manpower services.
 Reach out to decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, etc.) through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
 Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and company directors.
 Maintain client databases, reports, and contact history.
 Assist in preparing pitch documents and presentations for business meetings.
 Follow through on assigned business development tasks within defined timelines.
 Support marketing initiatives and campaigns, as needed.
