Job Description: Paid Marketing Expert (5-6 Years Experience)

We are hiring a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience managing high-performing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate must be experienced in lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing for B2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)

TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Ads (optional but preferred)

Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copies, and targeting

Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and lead quality

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and A/B testing

Improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, and overall funnel performance

Work with internal teams to ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and conversion goals

Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports

Required Skills & Expertise:

Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media scaling

Deep understanding of funnel strategy, bidding models & targeting

Strong analytical and reporting ability (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio)

Experience in lead generation campaigns, remarketing, and conversion optimization

Experience in B2C paid marketing mandatory
