Job Description

Job Title: Wire Drawing Operator (IVD & Bull Block Machine)

Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining)

Duty Hours:

8 hours shift + 4 hours overtime (mandatory as per production requirements)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Wire Drawing Operator skilled in operating IVD

(Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine) and traditional Bull Block machines. The

candidate should ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and minimize

downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

 Operate and monitor IVD and Bull Block wire drawing machines

 Set up machines including die selection, lubrication, and speed adjustments

 Ensure wire quality as per specifications (diameter, surface finish, tensile

strength)

 Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machines

 Identify and troubleshoot operational issues to reduce downtime

 Maintain production records and daily reports

 Follow safety standards and plant protocols strictly

 Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when required

Required Skills & Experience:

 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wire drawing operations

 Hands-on experience with IVD and Bull Block machines

 Understanding of wire drawing dies, lubrication systems, and annealing basics

 Ability to handle breakdown situations independently

 Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing

Qualification:

 Relevant technical experience

Other Requirements:

 Willingness to work extended hours (overtime)

 Immediate joiners preferred

 Physically fit for shop-floor operations

Compensation:

 As per industry standards (based on experience)

 Overtime as per company policy
