Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily welding activities on the shop floor
Ensure welding work meets quality standards and specifications
Manage and guide welders and operators
Monitor welding processes, equipment, and parameters
Ensure adherence to safety norms and PPE usage
Plan work allocation and meet production targets
Inspect finished welds and coordinate with quality team
Maintain records of production, defects, and rework
