Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welding Machine Operator to join our team at our factory located in Duhai, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for operating MIG welding machines, performing high-quality welding work, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operate MIG welding machines efficiently and safely.

2) Read and interpret technical drawings and welding plans.

3) Perform welding on metal components as per specifications.

4) Ensure proper finishing and quality of welded parts.

5) Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition.

6) Follow all safety guidelines and workplace protocols.

7) Inspect finished work for defects and ensure quality standards.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MIG welding.

2) Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.

3) Ability to read drawings is preferred

Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.

4) Responsible and disciplined approach towards work.
