Urgent hiring Robotic welding operator for ROBOT ABB/FANUC/KUKA/YASKAWA

1. Robot Operation & Production Support

• Operate and monitor robotic systems (e.g., ABB / Fanuc / KUKA / Yaskawa) during production.

• Ensure proper robot start-up, homing, and shutdown procedures.

• Load and unload components/fixtures as per the production schedule.

• Verify quality of parts produced by robots and ensure adherence to process parameters.

2. Basic Knowledge of Programming

• Modify or fine-tune existing robot programs for cycle time and quality improvement.

• Support in robot path adjustment, tool centre point (TCP) calibration, and welding parameter setup.

• Assist in development of new robot programs for new products or jigs.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic preventive maintenance of robots and peripheral equipment.

• Identify and troubleshoot minor robot or system alarms and escalate major issues to maintenance.

• Maintain records of downtime, alarm logs, and maintenance activities.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure robots operate within defined quality parameters and safety interlocks.

• Follow all plant safety standards and participate in risk assessments.

• Report any safety or quality concern immediately to supervisor.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily robot operation log sheets and production data.

• Support in documentation related to process change, robot settings, and program backup.

• Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
