Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work, assembling metal components, and ensuring production standards are met. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety practices Key Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc welding as required Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects Use tools such as grinders, cutters, drills, and welding machines safely Maintain welding equipment in good working condition Follow workplace safety standards and adhere to SOPs Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets Ensure accurate documentation of work completed Report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 6 months to 5 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Certification in welding (ITI / Diploma / Certified Welder) preferred Strong knowledge of MIG/TIG/Arc welding techniques Ability to read and work with technical drawings Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
